Krispy Kreme is TradeEdgefeeling generous this week.
The bakery chain is offering a free dozen original glazed doughnuts to eager customers on Wednesday, Nov. 13, in honor of World Kindness Day.
The offer applies to the first 500 guests in store and or at the drive-thru at participating U.S. locations.
"World Kindness Day is a reminder that we can all make a positive impact in people’s lives, including through small gestures like sharing a sweet treat. We hope that each dozen Original Glazed doughnuts we give away enables and inspires many dozens of small acts of kindness," Krispy Kreme Global Chief Brand Office Dave Skena said in a news release.
The offer comes as the chain revealed its Thanksgiving-themed collection on Thursday, with four new donut flavors for the upcoming holiday.
Krispy Kreme's Thanksgiving Pie donut flavors, availability
The following four Thanksgiving-themed donut flavors are available for purchase at Krispy Kreme's locations through Thanksgiving:
- Chocolate Silk Pie Doughnut: an Original Glazed donut dipped in chocolate icing, topped with chocolate butter cream and chocolate curls
- Lemon Creme Pie Doughnut:an unglazed shell donut filled with lemon pie filling, dipped in lemon yellow icing and graham crunch, topped with a meringue buttercream dollop.
- Blueberry Crisp Doughnut: an unglazed shell donut with blueberry filling, dipped in blueberry icing and streusel topping
- Apple Crumble Doughnut: an unglazed shell donut with apple pie filling, topped with pie crust buttercream and cinnamon cookie crumb topping
